"Fifth track" is the fifth song I wrote for my band.
I couldn't find a suitable title, so it became the title of the song.
I made a song, and in the video, I played the acoustic guitar and sang it myself.
The image I had while I was making the song is about the things that pass by, the things that we lose, the nostalgia and longing for everything that's passing by now.
where are we standing now, and what are the things that we've forgotten at this moment?
It is a consideration of such things.
Although the lyrics are not perfect English,
there are many grammatically incorrect expression.
I think it's best to pair words with the melody of a song with the most catchy sound.
Because I think good lyrics are like that.
The reason why I started music was the Beatles and Oasis.
I believe that the emotions of British music and my emotions share the same texture.
I want to break my own boundaries and see my potential in the mainland.
I've never had a regular music education.
After listening the music that I love, I made the song as I wanted.
I jusy made it my way.
If I am selected for the final 1st place, so if I can realize what kind of music I've been doing,
then It will be the most precious and pressing opportunity of my life.

Fifth track(5번곡)은 다섯번째로 밴드에서 곡 작업을 했던 저의 자작곡입니다.
적당한 제목을 찾을 수 없어서 녹음하면서 정해뒀던 가제목 그대로 곡제목이 되었어요.
제가 노래를 만들었고, 영상에서는 통기타를 연주하면서 노래를 직접 했습니다.
곡을 만들면서 생각했던 이미지는
지나쳐온 것들 우리가 잃어버린것들 지금 스쳐가고 있는 모든 것들에 대한 향수와 그리움.
그 속에 우리는 지금 어디에 서 있는가 지금 이순간 우리가 잊고 있던 것들은 무엇일까
에 대한 고찰을 바탕으로 만들었습니다.
가사는 영어라고 하기엔 비문이 많지만,
저는 노래의 멜로디에 가장 잘 붙는 음가를 가진 단어를 노래에 짝지워주는것이
작사라고 생각했기 때문에 크게 의식하지는 않았습니다.
음악을 시작하게된 계기가 비틀즈와 오아시스라고 할 수 있을만큼
영국음악의 감성과 저의 감성은 그 결을 같이 한다고 믿고 있습니다.
그런 음악의 본토에서 저 자신의 한계깨고 가능성을 바라보고 싶어요.
한번도 정규음악교육을 받아본적이 없어서
좋아하는 음악을 듣고 마음가는대로 노래를 만들었습니다.
최종1인에 선발된다면 그래서 내가 어떤음악을 하고있고 할수있는지를 깨달을수 있다면,
저에게는 일생에서 가장 소중하고 절실한 기회가 될 것입니다.
그렇지 못한다 하더라도 저의 음악을 들어주신다는 것에 감사드려요.
그것또한 저에게는 큰 의미가 됩니다.
